After 55 years in the business, Dr. Ralph Stanley is still the best banjo picker and tenor singer in bluegrass music. From the Grand Old Opry to the White House this musical legend has performed across the country and around the world and has made more than 170 recordings. From the early years with his late brother Carter, Ralph has played with his band, the Clinch Mountain Boys who hail from Kentucky, Virginia and Tennessee.
